The melt begins filling from a central or side gate and progressively activates subsequent gates in a cascaded sequence (e.g., from hot nozzle 1 to nozzle 5). This controlled flow front advancement effectively eliminates or significantly reduces visible weld lines that typically occur with conventional multi-gate filling, or precisely relocates weld lines to non-visible surfaces.
