The sequential valve gate system uses a precision controller (such as a timing valve controller) to independently control the opening and closing sequence of multiple needle-valve hot runner gates \u2014 instead of opening all gates simultaneously. The melt begins filling from a central or side gate and progressively activates subsequent gates in a cascaded sequence (e.g., from hot nozzle 1 to nozzle 5). This controlled flow front advancement effectively eliminates or significantly reduces visible weld lines that typically occur with conventional multi-gate filling, or precisely relocates weld lines to non-visible surfaces. At the same time, it lowers filling pressure, minimizes warpage, internal stress, and air traps, ensuring excellent surface finish, dimensional stability, and superior mechanical properties for large parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
